This is a group assignment for you to work on with the members of your final project group.

The purpose of this assignment is to plan out your final project work for the rest of the semester. To complete the assignment, come up with a detailed plan that includes dates for what you are hoping to accomplish each week up until the end of the semester. This plan should answer questions like:

  • How do you plan to develop your functional prototype further?
  • Who are your stakeholders?
  • How do you plan to interact with your stakeholders?
  • What are the next steps in your project development?
  • Are you going to develop a plan for financial sustainability? By when?
  • What are you hoping to accomplish by the end of the course?
  • What are you leaving for future work, in the case that you decide to keep working on this project after the course is finished?
  • Who will focus on what?
  • Who is in charge of doing what by when?

Be sure to include division of labor for your group project for the rest of the course; this is something we will approve/give you feedback on. To facilitate this part, please develop titles for each of your group members that reflect what their duties will be. These titles can be silly, but do need to be informative.

This plan can and should be modified in your weekly updates as things take unexpectedly longer and/or shorter, or if you run into unexpected problems.

Finally, be sure to present in this plan your latest iterations of your functional prototype, including a brief description and a link (or some other pointer) to them.
